About job
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our plant’s quality department. The role involves developing and maintaining quality systems, including ISO and IATF standards, ensuring product excellence. The ideal candidate has over 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role, and strong knowledge in PFMEA, Control Plans, and problem-solving within the automotive sector. Key responsibilities include coordinating process inspections, handling customer audits, and collaborating with various departments to improve quality processes. Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the plant quality department to ensure compliance with internal and international standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems, including ISO and IATF standards.
- Conduct PFMEA analyses, develop Control Plans, and manage MSA studies for equipment.
- Implement effective problem-solving methodologies and optimize automotive manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate process inspections and ensure the quality of manufactured products.
- Lead and prepare for customer audits and address reported quality issues.
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and other departments to continuously improve quality processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of full-time experience in a similar position in quality assurance
- At least 15 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in similar quality assurance roles.
- Deep knowledge of ISO and IATF quality standards and automotive manufacturing processes.
- Excellent team coordination and management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Relevant experience in process inspection and handling customer audits.
- Strong knowledge of Quality systems, ISO, IATF
- Expertise in PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA for equipment
- Problem-solving methodologies and automotive manufacturing processes
- Coordination of Plant quality department
- Experience in process inspection
