About job

In detail, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Assisting in the conceptualisation, creation, and maintenance of test scenarios and test cases for both manual and automated tests.
• Close collaboration with the testing and software development teams.
• Establishment and maintenance of a repository of test data.
• Generation of deviation notifications and test status reports.
• Participation in the planning and ongoing enhancement of test automation solutions.

Responsabilities

Engaging in the conceptualisation, design, and upkeep of test scenarios and cases for both manual and automated tests, closely collaborating with testing and software development teams, establishing and managing a test data repository, generating notifications for deviations and test status reports, and actively contributing to the planning and continuous improvement of test automation solutions.

Requirements

• Successful completion of studies in computer science or a related field, or relevant training in the realm of computer science.
• Deep expertise in generating comprehensive test elements, including test scenarios, variance notifications, and test status reports.
• Proficiency in utilizing UI test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Robot Framework, Tricentis Tosca).
• Familiarity with REST or SOAP protocols and hands-on experience (e.g., employing Postman, ReadyAPI/SoapUI).
• Strong command of a programming language (e.g., Java, JavaScript/Typescript, Python, C#).
• A blend of analytical thinking, collaborative teamwork, and outstanding communication skills.
• Fluency in the German language.
• Experience with development tools is advantageous, including IDEs (IntelliJ, Eclipse, VisualStudio Code), version control systems (Git, SVN), build tools (Maven, Jenkins), databases (SQL), and virtualization (Docker, Kubernetes).
